Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from The Hey Cosmetics. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Refund & Returns Policy provides you with clear guidelines.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics and skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or digital downloads.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
  • Opened or used beauty/cosmetic products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at returns@theheycosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once your return is approved, ship the item(s) back to the address provided.
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the product was defective or damaged upon arrival, we will issue a full refund including shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact support@theheycosmetics.com.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary).
  • If you still have not received your refund, please email us at support@theheycosmetics.com.
