1. Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics and skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards or digital downloads.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
- Opened or used beauty/cosmetic products.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at returns@theheycosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once your return is approved, ship the item(s) back to the address provided.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the product was defective or damaged upon arrival, we will issue a full refund including shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact support@theheycosmetics.com.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days:

- Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary).
